It's another successful "chic for cheap"!  I found this really cute embellished ethnic clutch at Urban Outfitters that has the same flare as the Antik Batik Banjo clutch that I've been debating forever if I should get (it's only $140 on Net-a-Porter.com and sold out by the time I made up my mind).  Well, everything happens for a reason because I love this Ecoté brand clutch even more since it comes with a removable chain (must for mommies) and at a fraction of the price (imagine!).

And while at it, I got this leopard print safari jacket from the same brand.  Cute outfit, don't you think?

A little Mother's Day surprise when I went to pick up my son at the daycare last friday: a slice vanilla cake and single rose (although Ayden ended up eating both his and my slices of cake)!

INSIDE MY PURSE

In case if you haven't noticed, I rarely change the content of my purses....usually a few bare necessities and off I go!  Lately, I've been dragging the kids around so therefore the added diaper, wipes and toy car.  The only item that I'm not sure why it's still in my purse because I really am NOT the type of person to touch up is my Stila lipgloss, which was only used once last week when I went to get my passport picture taken (which was later whipped off 'cause the technician said it was too glossy...).

Ok, this will be my last Chanel post for a while, I promise!  Not sure why I'm on a Chanel row since that picture of Karl holding the white kitten but it's Resort week and it's almost alway my favourite collection of Chanel...so here are the best looks of the collection (in my humble opinion)!

Although I love the over-the-top Boy Chanel cruise 2013 collection, if given the choice, I would probably go for a more basic and wearable style of the Spring/Summer 2013 collection above (especially the small sunny yellow galuchat!).  The style has become an instant classic and sellout over the past two years with its tougher and bigger hardware in the iconic flap style...that's a hit combo!

Are you a cat lover?  We had a kitten named Coco but we had to giver her away when we moved to China (the 20hr flight in cargo is too brutal IMO) but we sure miss her!

Apparently, Karl is a cat lover too!

OUTFIT DU JOUR - Fantaisies Indiennes

Wearing my all time favourite scarf "Fantaisies Indiennes" as a top.  I just love intricate drawing on such a rich and vibrant turquoise.  Normally, I would wear the carré by itself as a top and go braless...but now that I'm still nursing,  I feel the need to be more conservative and decided to layer a fuchsia tank underneath.
